Hoffnungsträger announces changes at subsidiaries

Leonberg, 8^th July 2026 – The Hoffnungsträger Group has announced personnel and strategic changes at two of its subsidiaries: Hoffnungsträger Projektentwickler GmbH and Sinngeber gGmbH.

MANAGEMENT CHANGE AT HOFFNUNGSTRÄGER PROJEKTENTWICKLER

There has been a change in the management of Hoffnungsträger Projektentwickler: as planned, Oliver Konanz stepped down as Managing Director on 30^th June 2026, having held the position on an interim basis.

Following Dirk Steinberg’s appointment as Managing Director in February 2026 and a joint transition period, Oliver Konanz has now concluded his management role at the company. In his capacity as Authorised Signatory, he continues to be responsible for Finance and IT across the Hoffnungsträger Group, alongside his role as Managing Director of Hoffnungsträger Verantwortungseigentum GmbH.

Based on preliminary figures for 2025, Hoffnungsträger Projektentwickler GmbH looks back on the most successful financial year since its foundation.

SINNGEBER: CLEAR STRATEGIC FOCUS AND CONTINUED GROWTH

Sinngeber is also entering a new phase of development. As part of its strategic focus, Sinngeber will increasingly centre its services on the added value offered by a multi-family office. Its mission statement captures the bespoke approach at the heart of this strategy:

The steadily growing number of clients underlines the value of this strategic focus.

This development also includes a change in leadership: Andreas Schiemenz stepped down from his role as Co-Managing Director of Sinngeber on 30 June 2026 upon reaching retirement age. The Hoffnungsträger Group would like to thank him for five years of dedicated work in building and developing Sinngeber.

Michael Schmid will now assume sole responsibility as Managing Director of Sinngeber.
