Hoffnungsträger acquires further shares in WoodRocks
Hoffnungsträger and WoodRocks have been working together successfully since 2023 to promote sustainable and affordable housing. The partnership is now being taken to the next level: Hoffnungsträger and Rhomberg Bau will each hold an equal stake in WoodRocks going forward.
Following a successful start-up phase, WoodRocks Bau GmbH is entering a new phase of development. As part of this strategic development, Hoffnungsträger is acquiring the shares previously held by Schrenk Holding GmbH. Hoffnungsträger and Rhomberg Bau will each hold 50 per cent of the shares in WoodRocks, thereby laying the foundations for the company’s clear positioning and further development.
WoodRocks specialises in sustainable timber-frame construction and builds properties for local authorities, property developers and the housing sector – offering a one-stop service from planning through to turnkey handover.
The Vitis site will be retained to the agreed extent. The Schrenk Group will also remain associated with WoodRocks as a potential production, logistics and service partner.
Stefan Schrenk is stepping down from the management board and will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
