Matthijs Visch takes on leadership and management responsibility at Hoffnungsträger Global Impact as Head of Global Impact. He brings extensive international leadership experience, including 20 years at Nike, most recently as Vice President, and a role as General Manager EMEA at Patagonia.
Working with the team and international partner organisations, he will drive the strategic development of Global Impact. The focus is on advancing victim-centred, restorative and humane justice, supporting victims and survivors of crime, and promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders.
Heiko Seeger, who has shaped Global Impact over many years, will focus on operational work and programme development.
