By autumn 2026, forward-thinking Hoffnungshäuser (Houses of Hope) homes, constructed using timber, will be built near Ulm, complemented by our innovative ‘Laubengang’ building design (providing sheltered access to outside spaces).

A heartfelt thank you to the City of Ulm, which has paved the way for this forward-looking project through forward-thinking and collaborative planning.
During the laying of the foundation stone, a time capsule was placed in the foundations to symbolically preserve our values and the vision for this place.

The neighbourhood is being developed as a joint project by:
